"Order placed via your website, with reference to the Justeat app, at 4.36pm with requested delivery time of 8.40pm At 8.15pm, the delivery time is arbitrarily moved to 9.15pm. I call immediately to have explanations, as we have guests for dinner, and I am told that, since it is Saturday, they can vary the delivery time as they wish, but I am reassured that the order will be on time as it is already being prepared. Obviously at 9.15pm nothing reaches me and for the 2nd time I call and promptly am told that the raider has already left.. At 9.35pm I call for the 3rd time asking where the order is because, to avoid having problems with Just Eat, they had the good idea of marking my order as delivered. Too bad that only hot air was delivered, so I rightly asked for a discount of 6 euros on a cost of 56... but after 1 hour of delay I was told that it doesn't work like that and that I would have to pay for everything without expect nothing... Well I collected the 4 ordered chickens because the Raider has nothing to do with all this and after having thrown away all the potatoes and eaten a cold chicken, I can say that I will get the next chicken from the Coop and heat it up at home as the food eaten and the service received are not even worth the 6 euros asked for as a discount.
