"Professional solo meal a little last minute... and well deserved that we stop there. Already the welcome is excellent with everyone. Then the dishes are of a rather traditional but quality cuisine. The daily dish changes regularly and is not available for 50 people either (good sign). The desserts are homemade every day. I took a veal tendon, dauphinois gratin and chorizo sauce. Sincerely it was very good. I took a beer, very well served and fresh (for amateurs). I arrived at the end of service. Everything was being cleaned, but I was not told no. I heard at the end of service a chef questioning his teams on the return of customers on dishes and desserts. Again, it’s quite rare to report it even if I wasn’t supposed to hear it. All the plates were finished. So copied YES but reasonable and sincerely BON. Quality service without being intrusive."
