"Very pleasant hotel and renovated deluxe room super nice, large bathroom and with balcony overlooking the forest. Nothing to say bad about the hotel. Very good sounding. Nice and courteous welcome staff. The spa is good and the outdoor terrace overlooking the private park is appreciable when it is good outside. Too bad that this tranquility is disturbed by the passage from time to time of a TER train passing behind the trees. In terms of equipment, the spa is very complete, even if there are no massage jets in the pool. The girls of the reception and the massagers are very friendly. The temperature of the water could gain some degreas. But disappointment comes from the restaurant La Rotonde. Despite a “Geat Climb” pack at €522 with the night, the culinary experience turned to the fiasco. We were installed at the table around 8:10 and no one came to see us before 8:40... we were simply forgotten! The waiters were taking care of the tables next to us, without bringing us a loaf of bread to make us wait. Nothing. We had to sign several times: Eh oh! We're here! And to ask for information on the menu, on how this "grass getaway" would happen. It was an entanglement of forgetfulness and incompetence of service. We attacked the flakes at 9:00... The dishes were not very aesthetically aesthetic, and the expected creativity was not at the rendezvous. We were clearly disappointed. Some friendly servers have been able to raise the level of satisfaction fortunately. But in the end, the chef de salle was mistaken by having me sign the note of the drinks from another table at €200... rectified error thanks to my vigilance. Too bad, this succession of mistakes makes that we will no longer put our feet back in this restaurant."
