"I usually love Bill's, but my recent experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, the heating was not working, and the restaurant was icy cold. While we were seated, we didn't mention it, even though the staff were aware of the issue. After we placed our order, we asked if the heating could be turned on, only to find out that it was broken. By then, it was too late for us to look for another place, as we had plans for the cinema afterward. So, we sat and ate while shivering in our coats. The only response we received was a sad offer of discounts or a confirmation of a meal paid for under very unpleasant circumstances. I regret not speaking up at the time, but my kids hate it when I make a fuss. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience at Bill's."
