"TL/DR: bland, ‘old’ food. interesting history. sits on magnificent castle grounds. not worth the price. the service team adheres to old ideas and traditions that are incompatible with the needs of modern culinary experience. let me admit a few things: 1) I am an american and because of our history, I have developed a more sensitive radar to recognize when my white privileg and colonialism are put on a sockel. 2) I don't know much about the history there, why certain traditions were received at george w, and I don't pretend I know how the personal feels there. I bought a book about the history of irlands to understand the complicated relationship between the earth and the clone better. 3) I understand it, it's a restaurant review, not a story book. but if they call a place after a former king, of course we come here. the fast and dirty becuase I still have minimal characters: the plots are beautiful the restaurant was built for george w and the man feels and tastes like it consciously old preparation techniques and ideas to keep hecht the eating was not good. it was just not. it's not the fault of the service team, but someone who decides to have a boring, outdated menu catering to old, rich white people (small changes could have made the meal interesting and as it belongs in 2022) the only variety was present under the service team. it's a diner. several people served us on a separate way: the person who sat us took our order (the one other person confused), someone else spoke to us about wein and could not answer other questions, someone else served it, and none of them was our main server I let this experience disappointed and confused. How much of my experience is white fault against real restaurant problems? Should a restaurant rooted in royal history consider its representation of colonialism in 2022 a real restaurant problem? I really think."

"they have chocolate cakes, can't believe it! I've never seen where I've been serving this before! it wasn't too sweet, the sweet came from the mint frosting and mint saw in the middle, there was a thin mint on the top that was fabulous. the cake itself was however dry and tasted not much chocolate, could not finish it, but it was a great option to have 3/5 the Satay wrap was so salty. I couldn't finish it, I wish it had more fresh gurke, coriander and salsa in there to balance with the saltiness of the miso satay since. it came with sweet and chili sauce, which I immersed the package, as it was mostly only sweet to meet the salt 0.5/5 of the oreo milkshake, omg, it was delicious, the best of my orders, I no longer have to go to some for delicious milkshakes! the froth/ fluffy whipped cream up was so good 5/5 the complete breakfast was good, the mushrooms were juicy, but the amount of spinat on there was abysmal, toast was not baked! rosti was....so-so as it felt/tasted as if it was made the day before and was pretty blanching, not enough tomate, were okfu overall it did not look like much, but it was in the end 4/5 toast session ipa was amazing 5/5 she did a good cup English tee too. the coworkers were beautiful and they serve water with fruits in it beautiful. came back again, the chickenburger was quite oily, but still tasty, the salt and pepper chips were ok, not the pretty looking chips, it was not crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, only floppy and dark (not burned chips lol. the breakfast burrito was good and the avocado toast was ok. second time, the personal service was questionable....we held signal for the service, but the staff just. looted and not coming several times, and if I asked another staff for 3 spoons....we have 3 forks? I asked about water and got no....we got served by 3 different people either not really listen, forget something or ignore us. updated by the previous review on 2021-12-05"
