"Being a cold and foggy night, we decided to try the Bistro attached to the Hotel Hermes. We opted for the 24 euros bistro style menu. Food was plain but nicely cooked and we had a good bottle of St Veran. Service was good, decor ok, portraits of actors on the walls. Overall good value for money if you do not feel like getting into the car and going to a restaurant in Gevrey Chambertin."
