"as I always start by saying it's my personal opinion. We have eaten on Saturday, in the reserve we have ordered place in the window and we have achieved it, it is an unbeatable place with spectacular views, the place if it is small what makes it cozy. My opinion is based on that it is a school and therefore I suppose there should be things that are learned in a school rather than in the experience of any restaurant....I begin with the positive, the food in general very rich of flavor and the successful combinations, it turned out to us something gray with lack of color aesthetics, the bread was not of good quality and was something past. In the service there was no criterion to serve us on the left, the wine did not give us a taste, directly they served us they left the bottle on the table and went to look for the cooler, which they placed on my wife's side, this would not have any importance if they served it but it was not so. dishes were served from one point of the table, circling it when necessary. Incomings, mandarin salad, beetroot and tomatoes were rich and explosive of flavor and color, juicy and rich croquettes, the deer pier very rich flavor but the presentation perhaps was not the most successful, as an incoming to share excellent for the quantity. the corvine was correct, the only one well and the garrison also and the Chiirones well.... Without a doubt a place to repeat but I think there are things of first hostelry that can be improved I recommend it!!!"
