I think this young chef and owner will go to town. the decor is plain jane, but eating is great. we had. a three-course menu with amuse bouche and two glasses champagner for a meal like this in the usa would simply cost three times as much. it's a bit out of the way -ok, it's in the middle of nowhere, but it's worth the trip and it's just ten minutes from an excellent chambre d'hote: domain de gaudon."
