"The experience in this place was absolutely terrible for me. I can't judge food that I haven't tested and the way things turned out, I will never test. I rather judge the policy and the attitude towards the customer. We are a table of 12 people where everyone ordered except me who didn't want to consume anything for my personal reasons. I was told by the waitress with glasses, long hair and bright red lipstick that there is an obligation to consume. I had to order... I believe that faced with a situation like this (table of 12 people, not two and not three) common sense should have the upper hand and therefore allow one of the people who cannot/wants to consume, to still be able to stay seated at the table. in response to your 04/03/2024 Dear Mrs, the tone of his response speaks for itself. The orders were different aperitifs including spritz and Americano, soft drink, non-alcoholic cocktails I think 2 then 2 trays of cicchetti, meatballs... my coffee which I partially drank. In total however 8 adults and 4 children. I don't think that's the point anyway. Instead, I believe that offending me by calling me ignorant (no matter how many shades of meaning the word may have) is not productive either for you or for the general impression it will give of your place. My opinion remains what I have precisely described: if a person cannot/wants for any reason that they are not aware of, consuming something at that given moment, in my opinion the case should be evaluated with common sense. I'm offended if you think so, but I think it's not a good constructive example of how to manage a critical issue."

"Low rating due to price and not to quality. I would like to point out that I have been, until now, a customer assiduously to the bistro Da Me. Today, 1/7, I had to protest for a price that I believe is inexistent. I also ask that my reviews never concern the prices that are always written and visible. Let’s go back to the episode: as usual I go with my wife to take the usual aperitifs: a spritz all’Aperol for me and a non-alcoholic fruit aperitif for my wife. Always paid € 8.50. the maid arrives and we make the usual order, in confidence, without looking at the card. The same fuss an aperitif for my wife that we bless. The spritz at the Aperol is an unlikely Celeste glass, perhaps of terracotta, in which was contained an intruder with 5 cubes not cubes) of ice that we rushed to remove because for our fault) we had not anticipated that we did not want ice. And we come to the reason for the negative review: the glass had a diameter of 5 cm., big edge and therefore the inner diameter 4 cm., 10 cm high, the ice mountain remained about 50 ml. of product that, from the enclosed receipt, call Tropical to 8 euros per glass.
