"The service is very long and the atmosphere a little glaucosal. The restaurant has only the name (held by French). Paper towel and warm water carafe (a bit disturbed). The plus: a hair in the plate. Sushi rice is too acidic and too sweet, too much rice for little salmon (which is not very fresh anyway). The nems are a little dry. I will stop there even if the list is long. "Hello, To anticipate the waiting period I ordered and paid on the restaurant site 10 min before the opening. I was served 40 minutes after the opening. No compensation for damage, no reduction, or products offered. It's called customer service. Unfortunately the Dom café does not have this basic quality for a professional.
