"eating and service was amazing. word of warning: starving! we were a party of two pieces away on the back of the restaurant. loved the anti pasti; the salmon and sardine was the highlight. scallops were deliciously perfectly cooked and sauce was amazing. blood orange sorbet was brownish and refreshing. we had x2 steaks standing in. before dessert was delicious and then the last dessert. beautiful wine to accompany. can't blame that everything can't wait to go back!"

"We had dinner here just by accident, passed by on our way to the hotel. They should give this restaurant a Michelin Star, food was extremely good and service even better. We had the Amuse Menu and maybe they just need to reduce the amount on the plate when you have so many courses, because it was just a little bit too much. "We chose the restaurant as a venue for a special event. As many places gave us time to arrive, at 21’15h, we began to dine at 22’00h, for that reason I do not put the 5 stars. I want to understand that it was a day where there was a lot of influx and something failed them, because a restaurant where you book and have distributed tables and hours should be for the attention to be the right one in quality and service. Excellent food, that must be recognized. The mixture of ingredients and the way to cook makes its unique dishes in my opinion. The attention of the waiters very good. The one who attended us was charming and very attentive. The account is high and that also relates to good service. I hope it will serve to ensure that reservations are dealt with in time. Recommended and we'll be back."

"I've visited this place several times over the years, and as a Sardinian, it brings me immense joy to find my favorite beer from back home available. I relish pairing it with loaded cheese chips and ricotta croquettes. The focaccia was also a delight, delicious and wonderfully crunchy! The overall experience was fantastic, from the service and atmosphere to the reasonable prices. A noteworthy aspect is that it's pet-friendly, which adds an extra touch of warmth to the experience"

"Booked Bang for a party of 10 for birthday celebration using the set Christmas lunch menu, excellent value with superb options available. Every dish was served up perfectly. "Mix reviews. First time I went had a great experience took the tartare which was delicious followed by the grilled fish with was also delicious. Would have given 5 stars. This time I ordered the bone marrow burger. It Was dry, very salty and served with a side salad without oil or vinaigrette wasn’t sure what the plan was with that. I definitely wouldn’t order again and service was on the cold side compared to first time. Would had given it a 3 stars at best. So averaging on the good side I’ll give it a 4 but based on this experience I don’t think I’ll return."

"Nice restaurant. Way overpriced. 10.90 for an Irish Coffee. 7 Euro in the skylon. 10.90 for a dessert, 8 euro in the skylon. 6.90 for a bottle of moretti. Would definitely have gone again but the exorbitant charges has unfortunately deterred me from doing so. Waiter at 1020pm went way overboard trying to get us and other diners to leave."

"Left waiting for far too long to be brought to our table. Took a long time for anyone to serve us. The food was uninspiring and rubbery and the staff seemed unenthusiastic. We were also told they didn 't have a couple of things on the menu. The waitress didn 't even come back to tell me if the thing I ordered was available or not as she was unsure while I was ordering it. I got an if this isn 't available what else what you like . It 's kind of basic hospitality to know what is available on the menu or not and also to come back and confirm this so I know what I 'm actually getting. Seems basic to me. Then the icing on the cake was the waiter had a full blown argument with another customer in the middle of the restaurant. Very unprofessional and from what I overheard of the conversation they were completely justified in complaining. I 'm mystified as to why this place has 4 stars as our experience was not very good."

It's clear that he has a real passion for mixing drinks and isn't afraid to get creative. I particularly appreciated his friendly and attentive service. Noel greeted us warmly right away and used his expertise to guide us through the menu. Whether you're looking for a classic cocktail or something new, Noel always has the perfect recommendation. "It was an okay experience to be honest. Service was really shocking. We had about 6 waiters bringing our food and was left waiting ages to order food as well. It looked like they needed more staff on the floor. Be very careful with allergies as well as they confused us with an other table who had onion allergy. All in all , I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant as it’s meant to give off a fine dining experience however we felt like we were better off getting our food in the main bar as it was so noisy."

"Spoilt by a magnificent day, we were able to enjoy our coffee au-dehors and appreciate Howth in the far background and the bustling park in the foreground. Some observations: Accessibility: Steps up to the entrance of Fallon Byrne's have no handrail for the elderly. Sustainability: no recycling is done (at least it's not evident as everything ends up in a bin as pictured below). Food experience: just had a coffee that was hot and creamy. Would have liked a scone, but sadly all were sold out! Some interesting products sold in the shop: e.g., garlic and vinegar-flavoured crisps from Spain the flavour really tickled my taste buds! Place to visit again. Would be a real step forward if Fallon Byrne could at least begin to segregate e.g. their plastic waste, which is actually mushrooming for everyone since the onslaught of . Suggestion: start with some coloured bins (see Ireland's National Waste policy for more detail)."

"Pretty disappointed My partner and I visited Zaragoza for our New Year’s Eve dinner. I made a reservation with the understanding that a set menu was in place, however when we arrived and seated at a tiny table far too close to other diners for comfort, we were told that as there were only two of we could only order fro. The everyday menu. The service was slow and our waiter did not seem to understand what he was doing. We waited far too long for our drinks to arrive and when they did our drinks menu was taken away. When our food finally arrived it was mediocre, the paella was bland and the potatoes were not fresh. Although the meatballs were good. Cocktails and food is very overpriced for what you are getting and the service was terrible. The only highlight of the evening was seeing another couple get engaged."

"At first, I was hesitant when I discovered it was a Japanese restaurant. However, the waiter with a London accent provided us with excellent recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. When we didn't like the wine we ordered, they quickly replaced it with a different bottle without any trouble. The restaurant has a contemporary atmosphere and is always bustling, which we appreciated. Their selection of gins was also top-notch. Overall, I rarely give restaurants high ratings, but this one truly deserved it. The staff were friendly and genuine. We will definitely be returning to this fantastic restaurant."
