"Throughout the session, she gave me menacing looks and directed harsh instructions towards me. Reflecting on the experience, I realize I should have left and asked for a refund. The lady's aggressive behavior towards me, such as forcefully throwing clay on the table and causing me discomfort, was unacceptable. Despite feeling nervous and uncomfortable, I continued with the class.
The bystander effect was evident as some people allowed the bullying behavior to continue, while others stood up against it. I question returning to this establishment if they can hire someone with such malicious intent.
Although I did not try the food, I am giving a 5-star rating based on the assumption that it is great. The atmosphere receives a 4-star rating for the lovely decorations, but my personal experience during the class was a 0. I debated writing this review but felt it important to speak out against mistreatment of customers. This review serves as my way of moving on from the negative experience."
