"I am extremely disappointed with the service. I waited 2.5 hours only to be informed that my food was out for delivery and wouldn’t be long. After another 30 minutes with still no food, I learned my meal had been with the driver for over half an hour before arriving cold. This is unacceptable. The staff seemed utterly indifferent, and the driver just laughed it off. I used to order from this restaurant frequently, but after this experience, I question their standards. "The menu is quite limited, especially with no steak options and very few chicken dishes. The dessert, a large apple and blackberry crumble, was delightful, served with both ice cream and custard. "We recently visited the only Zizzi restaurant in Cheshire and were very impressed! The food was excellent, with generous portions and delicious flavor combinations - the piña colada sorbet was a particular highlight. It was even better that we were able to customize the ice cream to our liking (my partner prefers coconut). The standout aspect of the experience, however, was the exceptional service. A young lady with shoulder-length dark hair provided excellent service, and when her shift ended, a gentleman with a wonderful smile took over seamlessly. We will definitely be returning and recommending Zizzi to our friends! 10/10 rating for sure."

"Went into store for a family treat the guys behind the counter were really friendly and great with what may be best to order the kids. We waited for our food and when we got home we were shocked by the portions there was barely any meat and the noodles were mashed up and dry barely any sauce.the sides of veggie spring rolls and panko prawns were the only things worth eating. For the price we paid it was disgusting."

"I made a last-minute decision to visit and used a money-off voucher. I frequently go to Vintage Inns, and I've never been disappointed. The staff are friendly, and the ambiance is pleasant. It was a bit chilly during my visit, and when I asked about it, the staff informed me there was an issue with the heating. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, I visited once with my mom, who is in a wheelchair, and we found it relatively easy to access from the back of the building, although the entrance area is quite small. The price per person is around £20–30."

"A little disappointed in the afternoon tea. The sandwiches had no butter on the bread which were like doorstops, not dainty at all. The sausage rolls, quiche and cakes tasted shop bought, but the wraps were nice and the scones were really lovely. I presumed that refills of tea and coffee would be included in the price but were not. However when I said this to the person serving us she included it in the price. Next time I will choose something from the lunch menu which is always lovely. "The sauce on the chicken dish could have been more flavorful. The restaurant did not have potatoes, so I had to substitute fries, but potatoes are a basic ingredient. It was disappointing that they do not accept American Express. I had to wait a long time to pay the bill. Finally, I went to the bar to pay, but had to wait even longer because there was only one card machine. It seemed like two other tables had the same issue. The restaurant was only half full, which was surprising for a Sunday dinner at Cheshire Oaks. Zak was the only employee who provided good service."

"Arrived on Sunday evening for 7pm booking .Shown to reserved table and Drinks order taken . Was told on arrival all Sunday Lunches were sold out so I ordered The Ham Hoc only to be told this was sold out too .So I ordered a Rump Steak and surprise surprise this was sold out too and all because they were changing the Menu on the Monday night ,although I cant imagine they are not doing Sunday lunches and Rump steak on the new menu .I was offered the Sirloin steak for the same price as the Rump Steak which I accepted .The meal duly arrived and the Chips were nice and hot however the Steak was COLD ,I should nave complained but given the problems getting a meal I just put up with it and ate as much as I could. When the Bill arrived they have failed to give me the Sirloin Steak for the price of the Rump so I had to send that back to be corrected .Overall a very poor show would NOT go back or recommend this establishment to anyone .I am sure they must have some satisfied customers but sadly I am not one of them ."
