"We stayed at hotel Lacotel for 2 nights and thought that we should give the restaurant a try given it's high rating in TripAdvisor, but the service was lacking and the food was average much to our disappointment. We went there during dinner time and our 2 years old son was already very hungry. Didn't see too many people before us so thought it might be quick. Ordered a kids meal of fish fillet and a pizza. But our order didn't appear even thought those that came after us was served and some even finish their meal. Called up the waitress to check at the kitchen and she came back saying it might take another few minutes. It is very obvious that they messed up the order or she forgotten to place our order. Then came the kids meal and luckily I taste test them before I gave them to my son. The fish fillets were filled with small sharp bones. How can they serve fish fillets with bones to small children!? No matter how hard I tried to separate the flesh and the bones, there's bound to be a few well hidden bones deep in it. I didn't feed the fish to my son as I do not want to risk the bones getting stuck in his throat. Made a complain about it to the waitress and I asked her to relay the message to the chef but the waitress came back with a sorry and a face that says there's nothing much she can do about it'. Saw her talking to the manager or somebody but they probably just waved her off and ask her to apologize to the customer instead. Initially wanted to have dinner on both nights in the restaurant as it is so convenient it's in our hotel. But after the incident on the first, we rather drove all the way out to some other place for dinner the following night."
