"A group of eight of us stayed here recently, using the hotel as our base for a week’s hiking in the Silvretta Alps. A lovely building in a convenient location, the hotel is spacious and tastefully decorated throughout. The staff are all pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We stayed half-board and found the food to be superb. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. You help yourself to fresh fruit and all the usual beverages, cereals, breads, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon etc. They also cook eggs and toast to order. Just what you need to fuel a strenuous day’s hill walking! We enjoyed a five-course dinner each evening : starter, soup, salad, a good choice of main course (although limited choice for vegetarians as in nearly all hotels) and dessert. Portions are generous and the standard of cooking is excellent. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation."
