"Useless, we reviewers are really strange people!!! I will never understand why a restaurant that presents dishes like this (fresh ingredients, good plating, quality house wine, average prices... Giglio average, obviously has to get less than 5 stars. The sea view also captivates you... but here I will talk about the Carbonara Mare: this dish awakens new flavors and sensations of culinary ecstasy because it is prepared with fresh fish, bottarga, (I think just a hint of tuna roe and mouth-watering creamy... they were It's been years since I got up so satisfied from a restaurant table (to tell the truth, I also rewarded myself with Eva's dessert, a mascarpone and melted chocolate cream with ladyfingers at the base... and my partner with a super lemon sorbet! !! The price could have been much higher... So, congratulations above all to the kitchen organization (there were 5 of them in a small space, this is a characteristic of the limited space for the Giglio kitchens . "we stayed in this great restaurant for a special dinner, just before August. the service is quick and very courteous, the view on the small gulf of camps, at sunset, a real spectacle for the eyes and flavors that are emanating from the dishes, a real pleasure. fried are crisp and dry, tartares are abundant and fresh, clam spaghetti among the best tried."

"Cena per due senza prenotazione, accolti con cortesia e fatto scegliere comunque il tavolo.Carta dei vini molto limitata con ricarico importante.Causa moglie astemia ho preso il vino della casa, non degno di nota.Polpettine all'ombrina con maionese all'arancia per mia moglie, davvero squisite con un ottimo accostamento dei sapori. Gran frittura Doria per me, molto buona, cottura perfetta, qualità dei gamberi eccelsa ma pochi di numero, verdure abbinate palesemente surgelate. Un sorbetto alla pesca e menta squisito ed artigianale ed una grappa barricata molto buona cortesemente offerta. Ho fatto notare che le verdure della frittura a erano surgelate e mi è stato risposto con molta cortesia e dispiacere che quella sera non era possibile fare altrimenti. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.Locale piacevole, fresco, all'aperto. "Aperitivo e cena Aperitivo 6 Cena 5 Location 10 e lode Aperitivo dignitoso niente di più, se non ci fosse la location da 10 il voto sarebbe non sufficiente. Stesso discorso vale per la cena, ma qui le aspettative si alzano e purtroppo non regge neanche il 6 ! Lo dico con dispiacere poiché il menù è davvero limitato e fare 4 cose bene con passione non dovrebbe essere difficile. Un consiglio spassionato non vi avventurate nei fuori menù; improvvisati a dir poco !! Per quando riguarda il servizio, benché giovane, deve dimostrarsi più cordiale, sorridente e meno frettoloso almeno per compensare la qualità del cibo. Lode ad un cameriere per le informazioni sul vino, unico pezzo forte della cena !!! Peccato !"

"to avoid! had very good memories of this restaurant, which I often visited in 2014 and 2015, as an amazing traditional trattoria with good solid seafood and fair trips. Apparently, the peculiarity has changed a few years ago and unfortunately the overall quality is now very bad. we had two pasta dishes as starter, both oversaled and overboiled (13 €). second we had fish (prices 6 8! € 100 g), steamed in often, unfortunately overcooked and therefore dry and almost not to eat. the lateral dishes made by kartoffeln and zucchini made the same bad end as the fish in the often. ending bill, with 1/2 l house wine, water a very bad espresso came up to 90 €, which lies far above the average trips of the other restaurants in giglio porto. I am not going to be a very young, but obviously not properly trained employee, tried his best. not recommended."
