"Very nice discovery 15 minutes from Colmar, a very beautiful room in a modern and cozy spirit, a warm and respectful welcome. A meal worthy of the greatest.... A REAL homemade sauce that only enhances the meat, shellfish cooked to perfection and a perfect Risotto. As for room service, discreet and professional with presentation of dishes, crumbs, suggestions, etc... In short, a restaurant like we find less and less.
