Elle fait répéter ce qu’on vient de lui dire et se permet de dire qu’on est agressif quand on lui répond sur le même ton qu’elle. J’ai l’habitude de venir, la patronne est toujours professionnelle mais si l’accueil est comme ça j’hésite fortement à revenir.
