"Very unpleasant staff, we asked to take an ice cream around 9:30, while the restaurant was still in service, with guests on the terrace and we were openly denied service. We then asked why we couldn't use a glass of ice, while the restaurant was open and other customers were eating and we were told: You are not customers you, you have not reserved.Very negative experience, place to flee because you are treated like a dog."
