"a beautiful architecture for butchery that changes classics. on the side no surprise, I ate well, faithful to the chain, and I don't forget the practical side when staying at the hotel next door. the contrast is service side, the waitress (christina I think) is dynamic, short from table to table, with smile and professionalism. her male colleague is content to watch her pass, softly, and is neither pleasant nor smiling."
