"We arrived at the Hostal opposite rather late and extremely hungry, and the staff recommended the restaurant. It is situated just off the motorway with a large car park. There was a menu del diawhich I think was €11 (I'm really not sure whether that's correct), but we decided to eat a la carte. The food was excellent rather than outstanding, but considering the hour, better than I expected. Our waitress was good humoured and bubbly despite being faced with two extremely tired, and potentially grumpy, Englishmen in fact she made our evening, and I only wish I'd taken her name to be able to personalise my appreciation. If the menu del dia is prepared to the same standard, which I think is probably the case, it will be a bargain."
