"this restaurant was a very good surprise: at the edge of the Lac de laromet in a very pleasant setting even if the restaurant decoration really does not pay a mine. aperitif to welcome us, we were served a smoked salmon verrine with cream. Then we chose fries: one with vinaigrette and the other with basil. fries are made home and excellent and mussels very well seasoned and delicious while we were septic about the preparation choices (curry, vinaigrette, basil) we who are used to the classic mariners! On dessert we opted for two chocolate melts, with a red fruit-red coulis - passion accompanied by ice cream and a small pot whipped cream - salt butter toffee: as much as telling you that desserts were just extras!our only regret was that the service was a little long and that by the water, we started to have really cold! an excellent restaurant in any case!
