"I ordered food from this restaurant today and specifically requested in the notes to not have cheese on my burger due to an allergy. However, when I received my order, there was cheese on the burger. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Since I was unable to get a refund and couldn't return to the shop, I want to warn others that if they have allergies or special requests, this restaurant may not accommodate them properly. I would not recommend dining at this establishment as they do not take food allergies seriously."
