"pizza dough is good but it's not exceptional. Pizzas aren't bad, but it's not exquisite. in the light of the comments we expected better than that we must admit. I had taken a potato supplement on my pizza, this was hard as stone and was really not cooked. Too bad to miss on a simple potato cooking. great pizza lovers we are disappointed and will do a few more kilometers to get better : ."

"So...12€, dessert dish, 13€ dessert dish entrance, 14€ dessert dish cheese dish with coffee and quart of wine included in the three formulas! apero and digestif has 3.5 . choice to form its formula from 5 entries 2 dishes and 5 desserts. everything is made home... simple but efficient kitchen as sylvia the waituve full of energy and smiling. "Restaurant familial où les plats sont bons et copieux. Ambiance sympathique. On s'installe dans cet établissement et tranquillement on se détend, on est bien. moules frites copieuses, huitres excellentes, frites maison... Bref sans faute, à recommander dans cet établissement qui séduit aussi bien les touristes que les locaux. Cela m'a fait penser à un "routier" et toutes ses qualités."

"We drove all along the coast from Courseulles, looking for a place to eat before boarding the late ferry from Ouistreham. We ended up in Lion around 6.30 and waited in a bar/tabac around the corner (v good and cheap glass of white) for this restaurant to open as it seemed the best option. We were, embarrassingly, in as soon as the doors opened and sat outside on a lovely evening. We both ordered simple moules mariniere which were delicious. Service was good, particularly as the place soon filled up and they seemed short-staffed. Despite this fact they were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for your last meal on French soil before the journey home ALTHOUGH we both suffered from a dodgy tummy the next morning...not much fun when you have a 5 hour journey home! I really don't know if it was the moules or just a coincidence..."
