"We've passed along the D1000 so many times and have seen this restaurant but today we ventured in and were glad we did. Welcoming staff and a choice of either the Plat du Jour or a selection from the Menu Carte. We both decided to have the Entree Plat du Jour (either a fish or meat option) for €13.50. The buffet selection for the entree was really good and for the plat we both opted for the Plat du Jour filet de poulet a creme forestier, my other half had chips with his! but the other option was pasta and vegetables. I don't eat pasta (or chips) so just chose the vegetables. The plat arrived with loads of vegetables, including courgettes, carrots, mushrooms, onions and spinach. Both our filet de poulet (chicken breasts) were large portions and we both wished that perhaps we should have just had the Plat du Jour. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going again to try one of the dishes on from the Menu Carte."
