"We went to visit friends in Manacor, and they took us to eat here. 4 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately, they had not made a reservation. We were told to wait, and after 45 min, a very friendly waitress told us to sit down. Ready to order drinks, David came (looking like the restaurant manager) and literally started shouting at us, Why we had sat down! That the table was reserved! We told him that we had been told to sit down. In front of the children and the rest of the customers, he kept shouting loudly that we had to get up from the table!!!. He went against the waitress and yelled at her in front of the entire restaurant. He did not have the minimum respect for customers, children and the staff in his charge. We beckoned him with to lower his voice, there was no need to shout and point out his arrogance and that he was in charge. Discreetly addressing one of the 4 adults would have been enough. A bit of conflict resolution and staff management training would be beneficial to the restaurant staff. I can 't give my opinion about the food because we left immediately after this embarrassing incident. Fuimos de visita a Manacor , unos amigos nos llevaron a comer alli. 4 adultos y 4 niños. Desafortunadamente no habian hecho reserva. Nos dijeron que esperaramos, despues de 45 min la camarera muy amable dijo que nos sentaramos. Listos para pedir las bebidas, vino David (parecia el encargado del restaurante) y empezo literalmente a gritar que por que nos habiamos sentado! Que la mesa estaba reservada! Le dijimos que nos habian dicho que nos sentaramos. Y siguio gritando a viva voz , delante de los niños y el resto de clientes, que nos teniamos que levantar de la mesa!!!. Se fue en contra de la camarera y le gritaba delante de todo el restaurante. No tuvo el mas minimo respeto por los clientes, los niños y el personal a su cargo. Le haciamos señas con las manos de que bajara la voz, no habia necesidad de gritar y hacer notar su prepotencia y que el estaba al mando. Con dirigirse discretamente a uno de los 4 adultos bastaba. Un poco de conflict resolution, staff management training vendria bien al personal de este restaurante."
