"Stopped by just to buy a pastry the lady non British with black hair sold it and told me to wait that her colleague (who was preparing all the food/coffee to be served inside) would serve me. I found it ridiculous that you order something to take out it was not even a coffee but a small pastry and you were going to wait until all the orders inside have been completed!!! Crazy!
