"good, but not exceptional appetizers and meat, to review the dessert. good also the choice of wines. too much an hour of waiting for a cut (with the next table arrived after and served before,) to which you could fix at least with a particular attention on the account. I wouldn't come back. answer to the owner: the review is used to describe your experience in a local, it is up to you to decide whether or not to get better. said this my review was essentially positive and would have been even more without the inconvenience of the long wait: ok excuses (I think they were the least,) maybe you could fix differently, as I wrote in the review. as to the dishes I confirm that the meat and the appetizers were good but not exceptional, one of the two cut a little too fat, as to the dessert I found untied, with a taste different from that of a cheesecake. This is clearly subjective considerations, as it must be a review, without any intent or interest in penalizing an activity. good continuation and good work."
