We planned to eat in Monflanquin this Monday of June, but we didn't plan to go to the restaurant early afternoon... So we arrived very late, really very late, the cooks just finished their service, and yet we were greeted with the smile. In the hour, we made it simple by taking just a dish... and a dessert anyway; The dish was good and copied, and we have only very little expected to see it arrive on our table.
