"While we visited the Fucecchio Marshes Park, we checked at noon GPS the presence of restaurants near the Morette entrance to the park, and we found that this restaurant with a strange name, typical Tuscan Que 'bischeri can be more or less translated as this morons, after the prevalent verdicts was worth a visit. Then we checked the availability of a table by phone and led to it. The restaurant is quite isolated on the level. The day was quite windy, but the table, outdoors, was protected by screens, so our stay was pleasant. But even more pleasant was the food: the first course we both chose, the pappardial type of pasta with white ragù, ie without tomatoes of “cinta senese” a local type of pork, was delicious. As a main dish I chose fried duck breast, my wife chose a dish that was presented on the menu as an appetizer, but it was plentiful: Moscardino, that is small squid in a sauce reminds of the typical cacciucco seafood dish from Livorno. We completed our meal by a bottle of good local red wine and two coffee, at a cost of 60 euros. For two, a very reasonable price. A highly recommended accommodation."
