"Il Tiglio, located a bit outside of the beaten track, is well worth the drive into the Sibillini National Park. A contemporary, modern and welcoming space, from the moment chef Enrico meets and greets at the the door to to the end of the evening. Our group chose a 12 course tasting menu, “Menu Enrico”, and many of the dishes were really excellent or beyond, and a few were more “regular”. A lot of experimentation and wild imagination has gone into the menu which was very refreshing. With hints from Scandinavian to Japanese kitchens, the common ground was still Italian food with a twist. Pleasantly surprised at the high quality. The staff was very attentive, very efficiant, knowledgeable and also entertaining to chat with. Good winelist too. A definite come-back-to place! Highly recommend this place.
