"Driving through a very cold Auvergne last week, we were struggling to find somewhere to stop and as the dreaded two o'clock approached, and with our stomachs rumbling, we stopped in this tiny town and headed for the only bar open. Surprisingly they welcomed us in and were more than happy to feed us from their daily specials menu - a very tasty piece of tuna and pork with a lovely sauce, washed down with local beer and followed by a very rich chocolate mousse. Not sure I will ever be in Murat again, but a very pretty (if cold) little town and a very enjoyable hour's stop. Thank you"
