"Nous y avons passé cinq nuits en couple avec notre enfant de neuf ans. Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel professionnel, docile et souriant. Les chambres confortables, très propres et climatisées. Nous avons pu également profiter de la piscine de l'hôtel ainsi que de la salle de sport. Félicitations aux propriétaires des lieux qui ont su faire de cette auberge un endroit où il fait bon vivre. Les paysages et l'environnement sont sublime avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et sur les Pyrénées. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doutes et recommandons fortement l'auberge du Pastel pour sa capacité hôtelière mais aussi pour sa cuisine exquise. Bien à vous. Pascal Date de la visite : juillet 2023"

"Located in the newly opened Fashion Village about mins from Toulouse, I visited this new restaurant for lunch. Famous already after only opening months ago because of its owner Fabien Pelous the French Rugby player so was a bit sceptical but...the dining experience was great. No Menu du Jour so many people may not like that but we had the excellent Gascony Steak and the Gigot of Lamb as main courses both served with home made fries and both presented and cooked perfectly desert was also very good. Menu is straight foward offering about selection for each course ingredients are sourced locally and of a high standard and of course are fresh ! Service was excellent the staff actually smile and seem happy to serve which makes a pleasant change to many restaurants in this area, Prices for the standard are good and I would thoroughly recommend a visit or plan it around your shopping trip to the fashion village."
