"In France the main meal of the day, of course, tends to be lunch. In rural France, it can be difficult to find a café that is open from early in the morning until late evening but this café/bar provides an excellent, no frills, service to the locals and to the tourists alike. We stayed in a nearby gite and visited Café le Musee on several occasions and ate there three times; the standard didn't vary and each time the service was excellent. The menu is typically limited to two or three choices but we enjoyed every meal and although the English family team who run this business make it very clear that they provide freshly prepared, good quality but simple food, they do it very well indeed and at a very reasonable price! We thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Café Le Musee and the delightful village of Parçay-Les-Pins."
