"Good Friday ....had to try a fish restaurant, and we were not disappointed Personally not a massive fish fan although the menu included steak and duck, my wife loves fish and I have been converted! I had mushroom soup to start and the trio of fish for main which was spot on, sweets looked nice but did not have room! Restaurant run by a couple for over 30 years that are still as committed and professional as when they started out. Well worth a visit but would advise to book."

"We booked for 8pm on Wednesday for 9 people so were already expecting a slower service because of how many of us there were however starters arrived an hour after we sat. Service was slow but they were friendly and a nice atmosphere, food again was OK, one of the burgers was forgotten and two drinks were too. Because the food came out slowly and we weren’t in any rush it was quite nice to sit and talk. I ordered the 5 bean chilli which was really good and portions were big but I didn’t realise on the menu it was either chips or rice. Over all was just OK : Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4"

"Seen this had great reviews so Gave it a go. Food is nice all-round and would go back again. Nice simple food that hits the spot , curry sauce is nice but the mushy peas needed some salt. Kids enjoyed the burger and wanted to go back next day for another . Prices are moderate to high but whilst on holiday you have to pay these prices . Meal type: Lunch"

"TLDR: Amazing Latin American food, first class service, massive portions at affordable prices! I cannot recommend this place enough!Day 1: I was so glad my online search for highly rated food brought me here! I messaged the owners on Facebook to check that they were open when I planned to come (on a bank holiday weekend) and had the seabass I so greatly desired. They answered very promptly and were very accommodating! 5 star customer service! Husband had a very LARGE and filling carnitas burrito which he has dubbed the best that he's had. We shared lamb Empanadas which were GORGEOUS and the creme de la creme for me was the fried seabass with plantains on a bed of coconut rice and some guac. The seabass was FRESH and fried to PERFECTION! It was also truly MASSIVE, my picture does not do it justice I'm afraid. It was so massive they couldn't close the box! I kept sighing with happiness with each bite! I'm a true fish lover and I love this to bits! The fried plantain (Tostones) was also the best I've had and the guac was soooo fresh! I honestly don't usually fancy guac but I ate all of this up. To those reading, if you want the seabass it might be worth checking with them in advance on Facebook messenger if they have it so they can prepare it for you in advance.Update: I just realised they made a new menu and the seabass was from an old menu! They were so accommodating and made it for me anyway that's really touching Day 2: The food was so good we decided to go back the next day! This time it was quieter so we were able to eat at the small dining section (counter with high stools). Hubbie and I both had the Pork Milanesa and OMG was it DELICIOUS and MASSIVE! The guac and salsa was so fresh and delicious! Ate every last bit of it! Also really loved the chips! You can tell its fresh and not made from frozen. To be honest the meal was so big I had about half of it and brought the other half home and had two very filling meals!I would definitely come back when I'm next back in North Wales. Thank you so much Diego and wife for your first class service and food!To the people of Pwllhelli: Please know how blessed you are and I'm very jealous of you to be able to visit this fine establishment at your leisure! Husband and I agreed that if we lived in Pwllhelli we would eat here every week and gain a significant amount of weight"
