"Been here a few times with friends. This is one of the nicest pubs I have been in. The inside is very warm and beautifully decorated, there is a wood burner fire which is a great touch and makes the whole place cozy and warm. One of the times we went on Sunday for a Sunday roast. There was plenty of meats on the menu each arriving with its own sauce. The meat was incredibly done and the vegetables were done very well. The other time we came for pie night, where there was a selection of homemade meat pies that are served with a puff pastry top. Both times the only conversation on the table was about how good the food was. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. It feels more like your eating at a friends house then in a pub because of the overall friendliness of the staff combined with the warm and home like Interior."
