"So sad. I had high expectations having read the reviews but it was one of the worst Indian's I've ever eaten in my life. I'll keep this brief. Food turned up lukewarm, not terrible as I'm happy to pop in the microwave. The mint sauce was a disgusting luminous green, tasted of the smell of cif lemon household cleaner. I've never in nearly 50 years had a mint sauce this artificially coloured, it was luminous bright green. The onion bahjis just tasted of salt no natural flavour or sweetness from onions. There was no fresh herbs, flavours felt like they came from all the same base sauce and not a good one. Naan was wet and flavourless. After trying I threw it all in the bin. Please tell me there's a better indian nearby as this is not what i'm used to."

"The restaurant was spotless and had some really thorough but sensible covid measures in place. We ate inside and had lots of room around our table. Having fewer tables meant it was quiet and perhaps not the hustle and bustle we were used to but this is completely understandable given the covid context! The food was absolutely delicious, me and my kids loved the food. You order for kids from the adult menu but you can customise to suit kids’ preferences. The staff were friendly, attentive and really thoughtful in their interactions with us. Overall a brilliant experience and we will be back"

"Wow,wow,wow. my daughter treated me to the mothers day picnic. What a fabulous treat!Beautiful sandwiches, scones with cream and jam, cake to write home about with strawberries sweet, blueberries,grapes and physalis , crisps,scrumptious cupcakes and teabags, mint and English tea.We went and enjoyed such a festive picnic in the Derbyshire countryside.THANK YOU"
