"We ordered a whole menu for a baptism and we were satisfied with it. The local aperitif based on smoked charcuterie appealed to non-Vosges residents, but the raw vegetables platter was also a success. The seafood vols aux vents as a starter required a little work to assemble but it turned out great. The caterer offered a varied chicken curry dish with rice, seasonal chard lentils and fresh rougail tomatoes onion chili which was very appreciated. For dessert, the wedding cake subcontracted to a pastry chef was also good and at an affordable price. Overall, the service lived up to the event! I recommend!"
