"Absolutely fantastic! My wife and I usually aren’t fans of tasting menus because they can feel slow, a bit pretentious, and often leave us hungry afterward. However, we dined at The Karrek last night and tried the 6-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and it was simply exceptional! Each dish was exquisite, and the wine paired perfectly with the food. We enjoyed generous pours of wine with each course, which might explain the slight headache I have this morning. The service was impeccable—special thanks to Matild and her colleague, whose name we unfortunately can’t remember, for taking such great care of us and making the whole experience so enjoyable.
