"We enjoyed an amazing meal at Black Diamond Lodge last week. The Australian waiter that served him had an easy going nature but was extremely efficient and knowledgable- a really likeable guy.We loved the decor of the restaurant and enjoyed drinks by the fireplace first. The food itself was exceptional. I had the beetroot carpaccio with goats cheese and spinach which was delicious and light. My husbands malibu and chilli prawns were also excellent.The highlight for both of us was the slow roasted belly of pork- the meat was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The skin was thin and crispy- just delicious.Unfortunately we didn't have room for dessert, however it was a truly memorable meal. Thank you"
