"a charming little restaurant at the same time high-end and friendly at the exit of the village of Sainte-Terre, just a step from Saint-Emilion. refined out of work with, among other things, a house foie gras served half-cuit with fig jam and toasted toast (please 3 euros.) dishes are very consistent and balanced. I had a homemade duck jam and I had a thigh and a thigh with homemade fried apples, a little green salad, fried peppers like home. My wife had chosen a piece of butcher that was supposed to make a minimum of 250 grams, it was a very beautiful rumsteack of good South-West meat covered with onion trimming with small vegetables (peppers and peppers) and a green bowl of salad. fries are home but on option ( excellent and scary.) impeccable service, quick and attentive. I had an excellent little red edge of the corner that was very good outfit, it was a castle the 4 places, 2014, wine from a small owner of the corner to holy land that makes a very good wine classified as appellation bordeaux contrôlée. the frame is superb with a large bright dining room where you can spend a good time with family what was our case. I recommend this restaurant which is an excellent quality value price. And when you're enjoying yourself, you'll walk local productions. I bought a bottle of wine at 6 euros, 2 homemade jams at 5 euros and above all a glass pot containing lamproie at Bordeaux sold 17 euros. I go back with what to prolong my stay in this good restaurant where the chef knows his craft and cuisine with taste and heart. an address to be retained."
