"Always more rice than fish. The presentation never has anything to do with the pictures (as in the Mc do and what I say is valid for all sushi sop that I tried to weigh rice and fish and you all see the big scam. In Japan a chain like this would never have worked or even their first restaurant. The sushi has the French profit in full, marketing has melt and nothing like fish. Damn it."
