"restaurant chosen during a professional trip as on its website, its map is available and mentions dishes labeled "without gluten." one says: it's just great. After that, we land once on site: no list of available allergens (as required since the 2015 allergen decree). Certainly, dishes are labeled "without gluten" on the map. which obviously means that in accordance with the legislation, it must not contain gluten. or, asking for details on a dessert (soft chocolate), I was given the list of ingredients, ending with the mention "made in a workshop using gluten, etc." I certainly did not expect a home dessert. but the name "gluten-free" cannot apply to this dessert since its gluten content is not tested by the manufacturer! So big doubt about what I have consumed (gratined eggplants). The restaurant room is pleasant and the service is rather smiling. Unfortunately, this can not lead to serious breaches of consumer health legislation! "Gluten-free" in it is only a marketing argument. Finally, it is not given, especially since obviously none of the dishes labeled "without gluten" is proposed in menu."
