"We expected, given the good advice of the Michelin guide, to enjoy a cuisine with a good value for money, especially when you are fine mouth and you love the products of the sea. What a disappointment. Beyond the pleasant setting near the port and the kindness of the staff, it is impossible to enjoy a restaurant that practices high rates and serves any cuisine without flavors. Nothing to say about the freshness of the products: for our part, knives, daurade, tuna. but the freshness is not enough when in the end we find ourselves with an invoice of 140 euros for two people. Sea knives, a rare product, but bathing in oil. The grilled daurade, a simple but tasteful product even grilled, which also swim in the oil, without seasoning, with just a few slices of zucchini and carrots jumped without flavor, without this little imaginative touch in terms of spices and taste that can make a simple dish, a great dish. The red tuna tartar, served with potato jumped, ... and nothing else, no spice, no sauce, no ingredient to make it, no personal touch. Unique and tasteless. The only good point, the seafood and daurade ceviche, taken in a seasoned entry of coriander, lemon, chili pepper and tomato. We find ourselves at the end to pay 140 euros for 2 admissions and 2 dishes, including wine. I really don't recommend this table in Sète. I want to understand that fresh products such as fish are rare and expensive, but this is not a reason to practice exorbitant prices without having in return an imaginative and tasteful cuisine. This is what we expect from a restaurant that is not within the reach of all the scholarships"
