"Would definitely not call this a luxury resort and would rate the stay a zero if we could but feel it is imperative others are made aware of the unhygienic conditions of our stay. To clarify, on the first night of our stay at around 12am we both broke out in hives and an itchy rash. When inspecting the bed we found what can only be described as bed bugs , to which when we ran our hands over them, they squashed into little blood spots on the bed covers. (I have pictures which were shown to the hotel and booking.com). We informed the lady working at the reception desk who came and saw the situation and switched our room. She did state that dogs are able to stay in the rooms and have done recently so said it could be a flea? which was just unacceptable for a luxury retreat. We had to repack all of our belongings at 12am and move them into the other room which was a massive inconvenience. Furthermore, the rashes persisted into the night so we were deeply uncomfortable and as a consequence of the events found it really difficult to sleep even in the new room due to being itchy and greatly anxious that something was in the bed. The following morning, we chose not to discuss the events in light of trying our best to somewhat enjoy the rest of our stay and assumed this would be discussed on checkout. However to my surprise when checking out this was not mentioned at all, when I bought this up there was surprise and the staff said that we had been ‘upgraded rooms’. I informed her firstly we were never made aware of the room upgrade as at the midnight we were switched we were just told our room could be changed and secondly this is not an acceptable resolution. Simply, our entire first night of the stay was ruined by what can only be described as an unhygienic oversight from the hotel. When we tried to contact the hotel and booking.com making them aware of this booking.com were most helpful and confirmed how totally unacceptable and unhygienic this was and offered their own resolution however the hotel customer staff were nothing short of rude and arrogant. Within their communication about this situation the hotel made up entirely false and fabricated claims of things we hadn’t said; which makes me question their honesty and integrity as a resort and I I was deeply disappointed by its unhelpful and somewhat accusatory tone. They constantly mentioned how we had booked the cheapest room in the resort. Their repeated references to the cost of our room, and numbers were both offensive and misplaced. We paid the sum they perceive as cheap for a standard and sanitary room regardless of the cost. We did not stay in the resort free of charge and chose to spend our hard earned money with yourselves, aiming for a luxury break. In short I could never recommend this stay to anyone who wants to stay somewhere even remotely hygienic sleeping arrangement and the service afterwards is nothing short of derogatory and arrogant. I have stayed at many ‘luxury’ stays and to even label our experience as anything comparable would be dishonest."

I could not have imagined a more perfect execution of the octopus starter and the pork for the...main that encompassed my dietary restrictions of celiac/gluten free and lactose intolerance. I’m deeply grateful to the kitchen staff for their flawless execution and thoughtful consideration. I look forward to an upcoming return visit."

"Teníem aquest restaurant a tocar de l'allotjament. Hi vam anar que ja era tard, després de tot el dia fora, i molt amablement ens van atendre, i molt bé per cert. Va ser una agradable sorpresa, ja que ningú no ens l'havia recomanat. És un negoci familiar, i es nota en l'ambient del local, en el servei i el tracte que és molt amable, i al menjar que és molt bo i casolà, i amb molta quantitat, i preus més que raonables, en relació a la qualitat i la quantitat de les racions (molt abundants). Si torno a Mallorca, hi tornaré segur! El vi de la casa (vam demanar una ampolla de mig de vi blanc), és bastant millorable, i si realment és d'una ampolla de vidre s'ha d'obrir al davant del client, i no portar-lo a una gerra."

"No podemos hablar lo suficiente de este maravilloso restaurante, comida, personal, propietaria, coordinadora de eventos y cantante, Daniyella. Ana, la coordinadora de eventos, me ayudó a planificar una cena de bienvenida para los invitados a nuestra boda. Ella fue extremadamente servicial, amable y conocedora. Ana se encargó de que la velada fuera espectacular en todos los sentidos. María, la dueña, fue muy amable y atenta. Se enorgullece de servir alimentos saludables, frescos de su huerta y con un toque mallorquín. Todos quedaron entusiasmados con los diversos platos que se sirvieron. Para aumentar el increíble paisaje y las vistas que se ven desde el restaurante, le pedimos a Daniyella que cantara durante todo nuestro evento. Ella fue magnífica y realmente contribuyó a nuestra noche llena de amor por una pareja muy especial. No podemos agradecerles lo suficiente por hacer que nuestra noche de inicio del fin de semana de bodas fuera excelente en todos los sentidos. "We struggled a bit to find vegetarian food in Port De Sóller which wasn’t pizza or mushroom based, yep detest mushrooms. I only gave NoName 4 stars because the mains weren’t as tasty as the starters and we didn’t think the prices were justified for our main dishes.. That said the starters were all delicious, veg gyozas, spicy potatoes and guacamole and plantain chips, all so delicious. Mains, tajine, not bad although not large and roasted cauliflower again not a very large meal although tasty. We would all return for the starters but may reconsider the mains."

"what I prefer about the restaurant of re organic is the secluded backyard and the clean interior, also the friendly staff. the menu offers interesting sounding vegan options, I went for the pumpkin tacos and the mandel panacotta. Both dishes were not bad, but amazing and disappointing.
