"We visited Aspera for lunch to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary based upon the recommendation of a friend. The venue, food and staff were truly excellent and looked after us for the time that we were there. On top of that, it was great value for money. "Had a nice meal here on a weekday evening with my husband son. We were joined later by his wife, who had been working so did not arrive until the kitchen closing time, but they agreed to prepare her meal kept it warm. She ate it agreed it was very nice thanked the staff for the considerate service. All our meals were good reasonably priced. We will definitely be back, especially as they are dog friendly so we will be able to bring our friendly spaniel."

"The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. It is hot and tasty, and the chicken satay is a must-try. I have tried several takeaways in Benfleet, and this is definitely the best one. The delivery time was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner, with prices ranging from £20-30 per person. "We had a wonderful meal that was clearly freshly prepared. I was happy to see a selection of non-alcoholic ciders and lagers. The service was friendly from our arrival to our departure. The only downside was that the speaker was located directly above our table; to be fair, I didn't request to be moved or ask for the volume to be reduced. Restaurants should be mindful of where they place speakers."
