"We were regulars here and have noticed changes in the past 12 months. After our visit recently I believe it will be awhile before we return. I booked a table roughly 8 weeks ago and was not told it was card payment only. Only two tables being used and service was very slow. Not once were we asked if everything was alright with the meal. It would however have been nice to be asked. Staff not very attentive! When paying I was informed that 10% service charge had been added. I believe in paying for a service when it is good. I was not told it was optional however I was told it is the norm now and everywhere does it. The service tonight did not warrant 10% service charge. I cannot complain about the food as it was very good. Service is well below par! Shame really."
