"I ordered nearly £50 worth of food, including two pasta dishes that were completely inedible! I had two carbonaras, and there was no sauce whatsoever—they were far too dry to eat. I could have made better pasta at home and saved myself £20. I called to speak with the manager, who insisted that we were mistaken and that there was sauce on our pasta. After some disagreement, he offered to replace just one meal, despite the fact that we ordered two. He was rude and showed no remorse for their mistake, just kept mentioning how busy he was. The service was absolutely terrible!"
