"we stayed Saturday 21 May at the house Delfico,2 adults and a child of 8 years. The location is really beautiful, surrounded by the green hills of Abruzzo, the road to get to the hotel is well paved and have a large parking lot. But we come to the structure, rooms located on the first floor, our number 8 a triple with balcony, TV, air conditioning bathrooms with shower box and well maintained and cared for services. Lots of towels, bath and shampoo and phone made available to guests. As soon as the owner arrived (a qualified, caring and helpful person immediately made us the ceck in and in 5 minutes without too many expectations we could immediately relax. When you climb the stairs that give the rooms you are pervaded by a clean scent that propagates throughout the hotel rooms included. The hotel also has a pizzeria restaurant organize ceremonies and is very crowded but really despite our arrival there was a communion order, cleanliness, organization and courtesy have never missed. The next day we were always greeted by the owner for breakfast and also nothing to excel. Cake, croissant, homemade sweets, gluten-free snacks for our celiac son were available. We had also forgotten a bag at the time of departure but also on this occasion they proved professional and at the height of the situation. It was really a nice experience, I recommend it also to families with children, the outside then is wonderful there are games for children, soccer field with free entrance, chairs and tables where to sip an aperitif at sunset surrounded by a really nothing bad and relaxing panorama. Excellent spritz, cappuccino made as a rule of art and coffee! I'm sorry I couldn't have dinner, but we were guests for a baptism at the friends' house. . Highly recommended"

"historical and essential place that opens to those who want to retrace a journey in time to get the flavors that remember without if and without, but the dishes of our grandmothers. excellent appetizers with a particular lution to the ventricles. pasta and beans have made me smell a tear of emotion for a fantastic mix of goodness and memories that are reaped from the past. the vegetable oil combined with a great ham bone (give me who still makes pasta and beans with ham pieces) contribute to the excellent success of the dish. on the broth of scrippelle, the mazzarella and on the donuts to the anise with cooked wine I add nothing else because I would not like to be too prolisso. as an old partner slow food thank those who put this place in the guide. the intention of our association should be to value these historic premises which as petrini says are part of that biodiversity of the knowledge and flavors that the homologation is making disappear. to preserve this place means to maintain a museum and a garrison of the Teramana cuisine. the place will also be essential or as someone agé or old says but there is a piece of history that would otherwise be lost with the fashion of the revisited dishes that then translates into timballies or mazzarella all the same and far from tradition. I don't go any further, but I still have a lot to say. a special thanks to the owners for the emotions they gave me"

"We 'd been meaning to try this restaurant for ages and when Teramo was 'fully booked ' recently we thought we 'd stop by and try. There is a casual dining area adjacent to the pesceria, which was very busy and looked like typical local cuisine, however we opted for the fine dining area which is further along, with a separate entrance. Having been past it many times it always looked a bit formal and 'empty ', however although there were only three tables occupied it was quite cosy and intimate. The chef, Alessandro served each table personally, explaining what his latest creations were, the menu bore little resemblance to what was actually on offer! I had a great prima of spaghetti with king prawns, very light and totally delicious! My husband had a classic insalata di mare which was also fab. We chose a John Dorey for main, although didn 't actually see it. IT WAS HUGE! And really too big for the two of us...although we did eat it all. : Baked al forno with potatoes, classically done and beautiful. Wine was okay, though more expensive than other restaurants in Teramo for the exact same bottle. So overall, a good rescue for the evening and a delicious meal in a warm environment, with personal and attentive service. I 'd go back again without hesitation, but ensure I saw the fish first, and chose my wine carefully. From a value perspective, considering the fish was 1.3kg it was on par with other fine dining restaurants."
