"restaurant on the road of the tonal side of Trentino, rather small with in the center a division with an arch of exposed bricks, ceiling with wooden beams, wood on the walls and in a volt is obtained a horizontal cellar, all very simple, but pleasant. Typical Trentino menu. choice: the fantastic four (canederlo, strangolapreti, tagliatelle with deer ragù and pumpkin tortelli), roe with polenta and mushrooms; caneder them with melted butter and sauerkraut, sausage with potatoes and sauerkraut. all very good, tasty and well seasoned. the only dish that didn't really convince me was the pretty weak pumpkin pies. this is one of our traditional dishes, which we share with the mantovans, therefore inevitable comparison. Service in the right time with courtesy, excellent cleaning. Offered a great liquor with the carei that we did not know so much that my wife decided to prepare it on our return home, of course the carei were purchased on site. Concluding: restaurant to be recommended."
